Project Finance Director - Renewables

One of our key Clients in the Renewables Sector is now seeking a heavy-weight Project Finance Director to assist in business development, project finance solutions and close out. The ideal Candidate will already hold a Director post in a Bank, Equity / Infra Fund, Monoline. Experience of different funding solutions including bonds and capital markets is desirable. Renewables experience preferential but not essential - other Infrastructure experience considered. An excellent package is on offer including large salary, bonus and potential for future equity.

Investment Analyst - Infrastructure

Our client is a major Infrastructure Fund, who is now looking to add an Investment analyst to their European Investments Group. The Fund is one of the most prominent investors in European infrastructure assets and has taken significant stakes in a number of roads, ports, airports, and other PPP related assets. The Analyst will work on the origination and execution of investments in assets and have responsibility for due diligence, financial modelling, valuations, deal structuring and negotiation. Within the role you will work within the infrastructure sector including Transport and Renewable energy, with responsibility for working on major transactions £500 million +. You will design, build and develop complex and innovative financial models and proactively assist the origination teams with the development of progressive solutions. This is a client facing role, which will develop and improve your commercial skills. Development Manager - Waste

Our client, a leading Waste Operator, is currently looking for a process or civil engineer with an aptitude for business development to work on development projects. They require a proven waste specialist to project manage the technical development of PFI treatment and disposal projects for local authorities and merchant facilities and assess and complete acquisitions. The role will have a technical remit, hence the need for an engineer, though you must have a broad commercial understanding to enable you to work alongside financial and legal teams to complete projects. Project Engineer - Waste / Energy

Working for one of the largest operators of Energy from Waste our client owns and operates plants worldwide, processing over 14 million tonnes of waste each year. This is an exciting opportunity due to a new proposed energy from waste plant and they are now looking to bring on a Project Engineer. This person will report into the board and will be responsible for all aspects of the project from the initial design stage through to completion. They will grow and manage a team of contractors on site and will be involved with everything from design and development, preparing technical specifications and contracts, to bid support. They will also be looking at the cost management of the project and ensuring that all health and safety procedures are followed. Candidates will ideally have a background in waste to energy projects, they will be engineering qualified and have experience within power generation managing a team of contractors. Manager to AD Levels - Infrastructure

The PFI/PPP practice and is now seeking to recruit a Manager and AD in their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of public and private sector PFI/PPP assignments.
  • Providing financial advice and support from OBC to financial close.

Our Client a leading Contractor and Sponsor in the Infrastructure sector is now looking for an experienced Lawyer seeking a move into an In-House Role. The Client work within a range of Infrastructure sectors across the UK and Europe. Sub-sectors include: Social Infrastructure, Waste and Energy and Transport. As part of a small, dedicated and supportive team work will involve leading, negiotiating and drafting all aspects of project and construction contracts including: Project Agreements, D&B, Sub-contracts, Warranties and Off-Take Agreements. Experience of finance documentation an advantage but necessary as Candidate's without this knowledge will be developed and have exposure to shareholders agreements and other financing related documentation. You should ideally have 4+ years PQE (although Candidate's more junior or senior still considered) with construction / projects experience derived from a leading firm or In-House Team. Salary and package fully negoiatable. The Client is based in London but does have a large northern office so both locations are considered.

Lawyer - Private Practice: London - PFI/PPP Projects

A leading Private Practice Team is now seeking an experienced Lawyer to join their growing Team. Ideally you will have a strong PFI / Projects background or be a non-contentious construction Lawyer with some PFI experience. The Team represent an equal mix of both Private and Public sector Clients, offering varied and challenging work with Sponsors, Funders, SPV's and Local Authorities. Work is predominantly UK based Projects within the Infrastructure sector including, health (both primary & secondary), education (academies and BSF), Social Housing and Transport. You should have strong academics from at least a Red Brick University, with training gained from a reputable firm. Having just won a number of large new tenders, our Client is looking for a junior (2-3yrs PQE) and mid level (4-6yrs PQE) to join their growing team. Work will be challenging and varied but full support, training and development given. Excellent salary and career progression offered.
